End of Season Recap Document:

  • This was built to provide a recap on notable initiatives during the 2024-25 season internally to coaches and staff.

Ongoing Analytics/KPI Tracker (Data Visualization):

  • This process was developed and launched during the 2024-25 season. Utilizing Google’s Looker Data Studio, I developed a process to visualize our data for actionable insights during the season (at no added cost to the organization). These reports were sent internally on a daily basis for continued awareness of KPIs and to ensure operational efficiency leading into each event. This process is still being refined and further developed further across all ticketed sports with new insights and dashboards.
