In-House Data Visualization, KPI, & Operational Awareness System:

Utilizing Google’s Looker Data Studio, I developed a process to visualize our data for actionable insights during the season. These reports were sent internally on a frequent basis (weekly or daily depending on seasonality) for continued awareness of KPIs and to ensure operational efficiency leading into each event. I built the foundation of this process in 2023 and have continued to evolve it year after year into the present form where new features are continually being worked in. As Google Gemini capabilities continue to expand, I’m expecting that there will be more artificial intelligence powered features able to be synced into this process in the next year. With this being built in-house, it comes at a current cost of $0 to function while delivering significant benefits.
